以向阳公司创始人毕金良先生的向阳喇叭厂基础，成立美国向阳诞生之初主营扬声器配件的OEM加工生产。
Based on the Xiangyang Speaker factory owned by Mr.Bi Jinliang.American Xiang-yang was established,and it initially primarily involved in the processing of original equipment manufacturer(OEM)component and the manufacturing of loudspeaker parts.
2004
创办宁波向阳经贸发展有限公司，正式开启从事对外贸易经营的篇章。产品扩展到补胎工具、充气设备的开发。
Founded Ningbo Xiangyang Economic and Trade Development Co.,Ltd.and formally opened the chapter of engaging in foreign trade operations.Expanded products to tire repair tools,inflatable equipment development.
2008
成立宁波辰昊电子有限公司，并迁址至中河厂区，建设五层逾数顷厂区，助力外贸业务迈向新高度。
Established Ningbo Chen Hao Electronics Co.Ltd.and relocated to Zhonghe factory,constructing a five-floors factory with more than several hectares to help the foreign trade business to a higher level.
2018
淘汰了老式冲床，购入全新注塑设备。覆盖磁路、注塑、铝压铸、包装等多产线多车间格局建设完毕，全能化多元化转型升级完成。同年完成了工厂自动化转型。
